This 28 day journey will use guided meditations to create space for your brain to slow down and pause. Journaling prompts will help guide your inner inquiry and reflection to connect your brain with your body. Family constellation work will support the release of the ancestral inner critics your body may not have even known it was holding. Together, the work will support new neural pathways of healing for your brain, heart, and spirit.

Course Flow:
Week 1: Understanding the Roots 🌕
In the first 7 days, you’ll begin to understand the roots of the unkind things you say to yourself. Coursework will guide you through reflection practices on the ancestral history of these tendencies and the deeper needs beneath any negative thinking. The full moon will guide you to release what no longer serves.
Week 2: Releasing the Roots 🌗
In the second week, you’ll work towards a shedding and release of the unkind thoughts that live in your head. Coursework will guide you through somatic practices of understanding why you continue to hold onto these thoughts and the feeling of freedom that comes with creating neural pathways of self-compassion.
Week 3: Tending New Seeds 🌑
In week 3, the energy of the new moon will guide you towards developing neural pathways of kindness and self-compassion. Coursework will include exercises and strategies to develop a softer, collaborative relationship with the inner critic within your brain.
Week 4: Flourishing with Growth 🌓
In this final week, the return to the full moon will invite you to replenish yourself with deep commitment and care. Coursework will support you in continuing to create neural pathways of deepening compassion and kind celebration of self.
